method for administering Internet HTML form surveys. The HTML option includes a single CGI-Script that services all surveys being administered on a web server. The HTML option enables the Survey Creator to create a web survey form that can be administered on any web server capable of running a cgi-script. The Survey Said cgi-script captures respondents information to a file that is then processed by the Survey Analyzer program. The results can be graphed or previewed on screen or printed in a camera ready table format.
