• The Internet Survey Creator (a Java 2 applet) - Creates and manages surveys securely on your webserver
• The Internet Survey Analyzer (a PC program) - Downloads surveys and results for comprehensive analysis
• The Internet Survey Respondent available in both a Java 1.1 and Java 2 applet for old and new browsers

• the Internet Survey Creator is responsible for the questions
• the Internet Survey Analyzer is responsible for the analysis
• the Internet Survey Respondent presents the survey to the respondent
