Survey Said is Flexible.

You choose the options you need, like the number of response options for a question, or the type of input control for the question. You can select Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Relative Impression, Rating, Ranking, Constant Sum, Variable Sum, Multi Field and Open Ended (Verbatim) response types. Category definition, respondent identification codes, and comment fields are optional for more sophisticated questionnaires, or present only the questions for simple questionnaires. You can use Survey Said for telephone interviewing, or you can have the respondent entree their choices by simply pointing and clicking on their answers via the Survey program. Survey Said will even generate beautifully formatted questionnaires ready to be mailed to respondents, in the font type and size you prefer. All this with a click of a button. Survey Said is so flexible that you can even administer Internet surveys without having to reenter all the questions and  answer options over again. Simply generate the HTML survey form from a survey already created with Survey Said.
 

Survey Said is Powerful.

Analyze the survey data in BANNER, CROSS TABLE or FREQUENCY formats with up to 3   question dependency and then preview, print or graph the analysis. Preview the analysis on the computer screen. Cut and paste the results to other applications. Print the analysis in formatted  tables using the font type and size you desire or print frequency reports in questionnaire format with the counts and percents next to the answers. Over 25 different graphic charts can be selected from. Display the graphs on the screen or send them to your printer in either color or black and white. Survey Said takes full advantage of high resolution printers generating charts with professional  appearance. Use categories to enhance breakdown analysis. Up to 500 Top and Sub category combinations can be defined to allow very detailed grouping analysis. Compare categories to each other or to the total responses.

Take Survey Said with you for interviewing respondents anywhere. Because it runs on a PC, load it up on your lap top. You'll be ready to survey respondents anywhere you go, or mail a disk with the questionnaire on it to the respondents. They answer the questionnaire and mail it back to you.

Recycle questions. Questions can be extracted from surveys created by Survey Said and copied into new surveys. Questions already added to a survey can be duplicated with a click of a button for rapid question building by simply editing in modifications to create a new question.
